USER CONTENT

2.1. Soak Up users may submit content to the Service, including but not limited to text, images, and other multimedia content ("User Content").

2.2. By submitting User Content, you grant Soak Up a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sub licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service.

2.3. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use and authorise the use of User Content as described in these Terms.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

3.1. You agree not to engage in any conduct that:

(a) Violates any applicable laws or regulations; (b) Infringes upon or violates Soak Up's intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) Harasses, abuses, or harms others, or advocates discrimination or violence; (d) Interferes with the operation of the Service or any Soak Up user's enjoyment of the Service; (e) Contains any unauthorised or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.

TERMINATION

Soak Up may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

CHANGES

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
